Angharad has over 20 years’ experience leading fundraising and communications programmes for Anglof Regional Foundation & Humanitarian Relief Agency (ARFHRA), including new market development across Europe. She holds a first class degree in International Development & Politics and is a regular speaker and facilitator across the third sector.

Mark enjoyed an extensive career as a Finance leader with Unilever, before moving to the charity sector and joining our leadership team in Summer 2020. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and is currently studying for a Masters in Charity Financial Management at the Cass Business School in London.

Mark has over 20 years’ experience working in the humanitarian and development sectors. Since 2012, Mark has helped position Anglof Regional Foundation & Humanitarian Relief Agency (ARFHRA) as a leader in global deinstitutionalisation. Meanwhile, the number of children benefiting from our work, and its international expansion, has trebled. Mark previously served as CEO at War Child.

Michela has over 12 years’ experience in human rights advocacy and campaigning. She has been working with civil society organisations, the UN and the EU, leading the development of strategic partnerships and alliances. She has a background in international cooperation and holds a European master’s degree in Human Rights and Democratisation.
